Client spotlight: Creating a harmonious property in Pascoe Vale
Before engaging Turnbull Cook, the owners of a self-managed four-lot property in Pascoe Vale were disagreeing regularly.
To assist them, we started by reviewing their previous disputes. This involved investigating the source of a water leak, whether the water pipes were considered common property – and what insurance coverage was needed.
We also coordinated a meeting with all owners. There, we explained the expectations, responsibilities and processes for owners corporations.
After this, there were no further disputes. This property is also now compliant with the Owners Corporations Act – and everyone understands their distinct responsibilities.
The result? A harmonious property for both the client and us.
